Second-Year Student Raquel Chavez Publishes Article in ISBA Newsletter

Second-year NIU College of Law student Raquel V. Chavez published an article in the September 2016 edition of Family Law, the newsletter of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Section on Family Law. Chavez's article, entitled "Is it too soon to tell? What should happen to cryopreserved embryos in dissolution of marriage/separation cases," deals with the legal implications of cryopreserved embryos in marriage/separation cases.
