NIU College of Law to host 4th annual Golf Outing and Alumni Awards Dinner on June 27

DeKalb, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University College of Law will host its 4th Annual Golf Outing on Friday, June 27 at River Heights Golf Course, 1100 S. Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb. Proceeds from the event will benefit the NIU College of Law Alumni Council Scholarship Fund.

The golf outing begins at Noon with registration and lunch. Golfers will hit the links at 1 p.m. for the shotgun start and will play in a foursome scramble format. Prizes will be awarded and a raffle will be held during dinner at 6 p.m. A program honoring the recipients of the 2008 NIU College of Law Alumni Awards will conclude the evening.

The cost is $100 per person and includes: 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, unlimited beverages on the golf course, prizes, and buffet dinner with open bar. A dinner-only option is available for $40 per person.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Donations of prize and gift bag items also are welcome. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the golf outing’s program.
