Illinois Appellate Court, Second District to Convene and Hear
Oral Arguments at NIU Law
Northern Illinois University College of Law is proud to announce that the State of Illinois Appellate Court for the Second District will convene and hear oral arguments in the Francis X. Riley Courtroom at the NIU College of Law in DeKalb.
The Court will hear the following cases:
- Bruel & Kjaer vs. Village of Bensenville and Suburban O’Hare Commission
- People of the State of Illinois vs. Keith W. Leflore
Oral arguments will be followed by an informal question-and-answer session. A reception will then be held in the Thurgood Marshall Gallery.
