Morgan Sauder
About Morgan: While in undergrad, I studied abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico and in Palma de Majorque, Spain. I also have a sister who is an equine/cervid vet. I plan on joining the Latino/a Law Students Association and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Previous Legal and/or Professional Experience: I took a courtroom interpretation course offered by a bilingual attorney’s office in Madison. I also worked as an interpreter at an emergency clinic in Darlington, Wisconsin.
What do you like to do in your spare time? In my free time, I like to ride western style, and I have my own horse. I have two dogs, and I like to do trick training.
Why did you choose NIU Law? While looking at law schools, I wanted to find something that was close to home and was affordable. On paper, NIU Law seemed like a good fit. Then, I went to NIU’s mock class day last fall, and when I visited, it felt like home.
