An examination of the law governing contracts for the Sale of Goods under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. This course deals with such matters as the formation, interpretation, and performance of sales contracts; sellers’ warranties; risk of loss; and buyers’ and sellers’ remedies for breach. The course also focuses upon problems of statutory interpretation and policy under Article 2.

This elective course is normally offered every year.
