735 Professional Responsibility (2-3)

A critical examination of the legal and ethical premises of lawyering and the client-lawyer relationship. Includes discussion of various formulations of professional standards, particularly the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as other sources of law relevant to the regulation of lawyer conduct.

This course is normally offered every semester.
