801 Judicial Externship Program (3)

Students spend 12 to 15 hours per week clerking for a state or federal judge. Clerkship duties include legal research and writing of memoranda and orders in cases coming before the supervising judge. In addition, students have the opportunity to observe various judicial proceedings. The Judicial Externship Program is limited to third-year students with a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or better.

This elective course is normally offered every year.
