515, 516 Introduction to the Legal Profession: History, Culture and Values (.5, .5)

This course provides first-year law students with a brief introduction to the professional role of the American lawyer through speakers and panel discussions. Through these programs students will begin to reflect on the values, skills and qualities they will need to be ethical and effective members of the legal profession. The course also includes a focus on fundamental writing skills through reflective essay writing assignments.
