About WebCRMA

WebCRMA (Web Content Repository Management Assistant) is a content management system designed to make it easy to maintain webpages:

  • a graphical interface and an HTML view for web maintainers of various skill levels
  • check-in and check-out function allows multiple users to help maintain a site
  • author and approver roles can be assigned as the department needs, there can be multiples of both roles
  • standardized web site statistical reporting through a secure website which provides the facility to track and review your site's statistics. We provide statistics on the number of visits, unique visitors, pages, hits, bandwidth and much more.

Support

Web Presence templates - Departments using the Web Presence templates have the full support of the Web Presence Team. The Team will meet with you to discuss how your site would work in the templates, have the templates created with your navigation, and even move your content for you if you would like. Media Services will take pictures for you for free if they are for the top banner pictures. WebCRMA training is provided, as well as ongoing support as needed.

ITS Campus Web Services can help you host and maintain your department web site. CWS can provide help in the following areas:

  • Hosting your department web site.
  • Providing a place to host scripted forms.

Environment:

WebCRMA is built on a Windows 2000 server cluster running IIS 5.  Applications and scripts can be written in ASP (Active Server Pages) or ASP.Net.
