Delivery

Software that is available onsite will be sent within two working days. Faster delivery can be requested and will be accommodated as resources permit.

Terms of Use

You cannot buy software to use on your home computer. Some major software manufacturers like Microsoft and Adobe Macromedia allow you to use selected software on your home computer when a license is purchased for your work computer on an NIU account. This software can generally only be used for NIU-related work.

The license information specifies if a particular application can be installed on a home computer. 

Microsoft Campus Agreement

The Microsoft Campus Agreement is an annual licensing program available to NIU departments to help keep computers up to date. If you want to know if your department participates in the Microsoft Campus Agreement, call the Helpdesk at 815-753-8100.
