The FY13 enrollment period is now closed. ITS will be accepting new and renewed subscriptions for FY14 beginning in May 2013. FY14 will be from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.

Order Software for Department Use

• Our Letter to Administrators includes special instructions for the distribution of software on NIU-tagged equipment and use of special license keys.
• To order software for department use, contact the ITS Helpdesk at 815-753-8100.

Order Software for Home Use

• Our Letter to Administrators includes special instructions for the distribution of software for home use. 
• Home use software must be removed from the home computer and no license is granted upon the earlier of:
  • termination of the agreement by the department, or 
  • termination of the agreement by NIU, or
  • termination of employment with NIU.
