Desktop Computer Support and Repair

Technicians will  service only NIU-provided equipment.

• software and operating system installation and configuration
• hardware troubleshooting and repair
• complete PC setup and configuration

To request an onsite visit, contact the ITS Helpdesk. Include the location and NIU property control tag number for the equipment.
