Transfer a Caller Directly to a CallPilot Mailbox

A procedure similar to a standard transfer.

On a single line phone

1. Press the Tap or Link button. This places the caller on hold, and you will hear dial tone.
2. Dial the Express Messaging number, 815-753-0900. When prompted, enter the mailbox number you want to transfer the caller to, and press #. You will hear the Name Verification to confirm you have the correct mailbox.
3. Press the Tap or Link button again to conference in the caller.
4. Press the Release button if your phone has one or hang up.

On an electronic phone

1. Press the Transfer (or Conf3 or 3WC) key. This places your caller on hold and you will hear dial tone.
2. Dial the Express Messaging number, 815-753-0900. When prompted, enter the mailbox number and press #. You will hear the Name Verification to confirm you have the correct mailbox.
3. Press the Transfer (or Conf3 or 3WC) key again.
4. Release.
