Change a Greeting

There are two methods, but the first is preferable.

1. Call 815-753-7300 and log in.
2. Press 82 for Greeting
3. Press 1 to re-record your external greeting, or 2 to re-record your internal greeting
4. Then press 76, and the current greeting will be deleted.
5. Press 5, record the new greeting
6. Press # to end recording.

To change part of a greeting:

1. Call 815-753-7300 and log in.
2. Press 82 for Greeting
3. Press 1 to re-record your external greeting, or 2 to re-record your internal greeting
4. Then press 76, and the current greeting will be deleted.
5. Press 5 at the point you wish to record over
6. Record the new greeting
7. Press # to end recording
8. The new recording will erase the old recording from the point where you pressed 5.
