Distribution Lists

If you regularly communicate with the same group, create a distribution list. A distribution list lets you create one message and send it to the whole group at once.

Create a distribution list

1. Call 815-753-7300 and log in.
2. Press 85 for CallPilot Tools.
3. Press 5 to create a new list.
4. Enter a number (from 1 to 99) to identify this list, then press #.
5. Press 5 and then enter a seven-digit mailbox number. Press # after each number.
6. Press # again after the last entry.

NOTE: If you put in a wrong mailbox number by mistake, press 0# to delete it.

Check your distribution list

1. Call 815-753-7300 and log in.
2. Press 85 for CallPilot Tools.
3. Enter the distribution list number (1 through 99).
4. Press 2 to play the list.

Edit or delete your distribution list

1. Call 815-753-7300 and log in.
2. Press 85 for CallPilot Tools.
3. Press 5 for Distribution Lists.
4. Enter the distribution list number (0-99).
5. Press 2 to review the list.
6. Press 5 to add to the list.
7. Press 6, (find), then enter the mailbox number (address) and press 76 to delete it.
8. Press 76 immediately after you hear the list number (1-99) to delete it.
9. Create a new list to replace the deleted one if desired.
