Phone Repair and Support for Departmental Phones

Technicians will  service only NIU-provided phones.

If you have problems with your telephone, first unplug it and plug it back in. If you are still experiencing problems, contact the ITS Helpdesk.

Your Customer Partner can help you with phones and special services for phones.
