Blackberry Issues

NIU Blackberry users have recently begun to experience issues with their Blackberry devices synchronizing with Groupwise. These issues are sporadic and may result in delays downloading mail to the phone or a loss of connectivity to Groupwise.  Currently, ITS is working with the vendor to address these problems.

As the Blackberry user base continues to decline industry-wide and at NIU, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find technical solutions for this platform.
