• 10mbit connection - average of 5mbit, below 3 is cause for concern
• 100mbit connection - average of 50mbit, below 30 is cause for concern

Before you call the Helpdesk, have this information ready:

• What are results of the speed test?
• When did this problem occur?
• Have you made changes recently?
• Is the problem on only your machine?
