Network Services

Effective July 1, 2013, ITS will be discontinuing 10MB service for *new* network connections. 100MB will be the minimum network connection available. Because of this change, 100MB connections will drop from $15 to $11 per month on July 1st.

All 10MB network connections will be upgraded to 100MB service wherever the current infrastructure is already in place. Locations that require hardware or wiring upgrades will be prioritized and communicated via your Customer Partner.

Move or request new

Repair and support 

If there is a problem with your department network connection, first contact your department's Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator or technical support personnel to verify.  Note that charges may apply if it is determined that the failure is due to customer-provided equipment (i.e. your computer).
