Administrator Options: Digest Options

Digest Options are used for the configuration of batched delivery of messages.  Digest mode is not recommended for lists that are used to distribute time-sensitive announcements and lists used for open discussion.

digestable Allow list members to digest their messages. Messages are sent in a batch. Yes
digest_is_default Default mode selected for new subscribers. Regular
mime_is_default_format Default format for the digested messages. Plain text or MIME Plain
digest_size_threshold Size of the digest before it is sent to the member. Size in Kb. 30
digest_send_periodic Send the digest once daily regardless if the size threshold has been reached. Yes
digest_header Header added to all outgoing digested messages (none)
digest_footer Footer added to all outgoing digest messages %(real_name)s mailing list

digest_volume_frequency How often a new digest volume should be created. Monthly
_new_volume Start a new digest volume now. No (a change to yes will start a new digest, then return this value to no)
_send_digest_now Send the digest now (if it is not empty). No (a change to yes will send the digest, then return this value to no)
