E-Mail Permit List
Messages are always delivered from individual e-mail addresses, domains or IP addresses that appear on the permit list that you create.
First log in to CanIt Pro.
- Go to http://www.canspam.niu.edu
- Log in with your AccountID and password
- If you do not see the image below click "Simplified Interface.”

- Click the "Permit lists, Block lists, etc." button
- Click "Rules"
- To permit one sender, click on “Senders”
- Enter a specific Sender's e-mail address, click “Add Rule” and then scroll down.
- Under “Action” click on the drop-down arrow and select “Always Allow”
- Click “Submit Changes”.
- At any point, users may click on “Senders,” scroll down and see a list of all senders they have taken action on, whether they have been permitted or blocked).
- If you would like to filter this list and see only those users that have been permitted, click on the link for “Always Allow.”
