Support

ITS provides best effort support for Macintosh computers. Not all NIU enterprise applications are compatible with all Mac operating systems.

The AppleCare contract with Apple Computer, Inc and NIU gives the ITS Helpdesk access to the AppleCare Global Service Exchange resource site which includes:

• Enhanced knowledge base for Apple products
• Technical references, such as service manuals
• A diagnostic matrix of error codes
