Problems with Copiers

If you get an error message, contact ITS Huskie Prints. Common error messages:

• Add black toner
• Open front cover remove jammed paper

Only NIU Copier Service staff can take care of these error messages.

Departmental Copiers

For problems with departmental copiers, including replacements or relocation of copiers, call 1-815-753-8383.

To place a service call for any copier or copy card reader, call the Gordon Flesch Company at 1-800-950-4717. Have the copier ID number available for the dispatcher.
