Rizal Book Donation

Leo Herrera-Lim, consul general of the Consulate General of the Philippines-Chicago, donated copies of the original manuscripts of Dr. José Rizal's novels, Noli Me Tangere (Touch Me Not) and El Filibusterismo (The Reign of Greed), to NIU on May 6, 2011.
