Visit With Dr. Seela Ebert, June 2011

Seela Ebert visited the Division of International Programs in June 2011. Dr. Ebert was one of NIU's partners in the Sri Lanka Program a few years ago. Seela also assisted on two State Department projects on women's civic empowerment.
