On August 19, 2008, the Division of International Programs welcomed to NIU, Shaheena Ayub Bhatti (PhD) Associate Professor at the National University of Modern Languages in Islamabad, Pakistan. In 2004 Dr. Bhatti participated in a Fulbright seminar at NIU which was coordinated by the Department of English and the International Training Office. She returned to DeKalb this month to explore possibilities of cooperating on faculty development and other matters.
