Chicago’s Bogan HS students participate
in an International Economic Summit after studying the economies
of countries around the world and comparing the information
with the U.S. economy.
Representing the country of India, these two
students in their native costumes compete against students
representing other countries in the first Illinois International
Economic Summit (IIES). Seven schools from across Illinois
participated in the event.
Students involved in a trading session for
goods and services at the Illinois International Economic
Summit (IIES) event held at Kaneland HS. Ninety student pairs
represented different countries in the day long event.
