and new lessons. ICEE offers engaging and interactive economic
and financial literacy lessons for students at all levels
of learning.

Education Awareness Day
Economics Education Day,
Tuesday, October 24, is an annual luncheon event created
to honor Illinois teachers who engage their students with
economic or financial literacy materials or programs.
Financial
Fitness for Kids
This three-year Chicago City Treasurer's project involves 21
Chicago Public Schools committed to the integration of financial
literacy education.

Our latest addition to the Newsletter, The
Board Room, will
be highlighted the first newsletter of each school year to
inform Illinois teachers of the network of support for teacher
training and programs throughout the state.
