Ms. Maxwell is responsible for the fundraising and marketing activities for the Council and works with a 60-member Board of Directors. Ms. Maxwell has worked in the development field since 1991, beginning with a private consultant followed by a variety of non-profits from a national organization to community social service agencies to education-based organizations.
Ms. Maxwell also spends free time as a volunteer for the Kishwaukee United Way.
