Residential Technology, or ResTech, is the team within Housing & Dining that serves the technology needs of residents of the halls, Northern View Community, and Housing & Dining staff.

The services of the ResTech Helpdesk include:

  • PC Troubleshooting
  • Malware, Virus Removal
  • Cisco NAC troubleshooting
  • Network connectivity support including Wi-Fi
  • Cable TV support
  • Management and support of ResTech computer labs
  • Cyber Terminals

  • Tuesday 8AM - 10PM
  • Wednesday 8AM - 10PM
  • Thursday 8AM - 10PM
  • Friday 8AM - 5PM
  • Saturday 12PM - 5PM
  • Sunday 4PM - 10PM
ResTech Cyber Terminals

ResTech Cyber Terminals are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in the lobbies of all residence halls for general computing, webmail, browsing, and chat. They are running Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox.

Cyber Terminals can be found in the following locations:

  • 2 in Stevenson North Lobby
  • 2 in Stevenson South Lobby
  • 2 in Grant North Lobby
  • 2 in Lincoln Lobby
  • 2 in Douglas Lobby
  • 2 in Neptune Central Trident
  • 2 in Neptune Central Fireplace area
  • 2 in Neptune North Lobby
