ResTech Helpdesk

Residential Technology, or ResTech, is the team within Housing & Dining that serves the technology needs of residents of the halls, Northern View Community, and Housing & Dining staff.

The ResTech Helpdesk provides the following services to the department:

  • PC Troubleshooting
  • Malware, Virus Removal
  • Cisco NAC troubleshooting
  • Network connectivity support including NIU Wi-Fi
  • Cable TV support
  • Management and support of ResTech Computer Labs and distributed lab workstations

  • Monday 8AM - 10PM
  • Tuesday 8AM - 10PM
  • Wednesday 8AM - 10PM
  • Thursday 8AM - 10PM
  • Friday 8AM - 5PM
  • Saturday 12PM - 5PM
  • Sunday 4PM - 10PM
