Room and board rates are calculated by determining the assigned room type and meal plan. Room types include single, double, triple, and suite. Meal plans include Gold ($60 per week), Platinum ($90 per week), and Titanium ($110 per week).
Room & Board Rates PER SEMESTER
Rates are modest and competitive with those of major commercial long-distance companies. Students need to familiarize themselves with the rates and plan their calling accordingly. A student's phone bill is accessible only online. NIUTEL creates an online statement for each student (or apartment in the University Apartments complex).
A $50 per semester charge supports programs and services available to residents.
There is $60 per semester charge for all technology fees.
Within seven days after a bill is issued, students must pay for assessments for damages to their room and residence hall and for a prorated share of damages to areas of their residence hall that are not assignable to an individual.
