Northern View Community offers mostly two-bedroom apartments with a limited number of one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

Housing Options

Northern View Community Buildings 2, 4, and 6 are specifically offered for non-traditional NIU students with spouses/significant others and/or dependents.

Buildings 3 and 5 in Northern View Community are open to all traditional NIU students who are at least two years post-high school.
