Q: Are the room floors carpet or tile? A: They will be artificial hardwood laminate surface
Q: Does each room have windows? A: Yes, each room has one window.

*Please note, the 1st residential floor (2nd numbered floor) has varying elevations due to Gilbert being on a hillside. The front of the building is on the ground level, while the back of the building is above the open basement level.
There will be reserved spaces for Gilbert residents in the newly renovated lot 2/E. If there are any residents who are physically handicapped and need a reserve space, arrangements can be made for Gilbert Road closer to Gilbert Hall.
