Renew your Housing Agreement and select a room

    Select a Room

If you have previously live in the halls, when you choose a room online for next fall, you will renew your Housing Agreement. You will not need to make a $150 payment unless you are returning to the halls after not residing in them for a semester. In that case, you must sign a new agreement and make the $150 payment. Students completing this process in early spring will be able to complete a Housing Agreement online or by mail.

If you have a roommate you would like to live with, you will need that person's Z-ID and roommate PIN when you select your room. That person must have also been accepted to NIU and completed a Housing Agreement. Learn more about signing up for housing with roommates.
