Beginning this Fall 2012, the University Honors Program is pleased to announce its Career Workshop Series! Consisting of three different workshops, this series aims to assist University Honors students in developing the right skills necessary to apply for internships, compete in today’s global job market, and/or prepare for graduate, medical, or law school!
All workshops are free of charge and are led by the experts of the Office of Career Services that use the most advanced technology and strategies to help enhance University Honors students’ skill sets of all levels. Students of all academic levels and programs are highly encouraged to attend!

Location: Career Resource Center, Campus Life Building Rm 235
*Description: Students will be able to either get their resumes critiqued or create one! Students will be working with staff members and interns of Career Services. Access to the most up to date software on resume development will be made accessible to students this evening!

Location: Campus Life Building Rm 100
*Description: Students will be able to develop and sharpen their skills to help them become the best candidates in any interview. Not only will they be able to perfect their elevator speech, but also learn about what to wear for interviews.

*Description: Students will be able to maximize their use of different social media sites and learn about professional online resources that can help to brand their reputation, capacity, and competence!
