Students interested in living in the Honors House must apply for admission and be accepted into the University Honors Program.

Honors Program eligibility will be confirmed before a student is given access to select a room in the Honors House.

Students who have not yet received information about room and board rates, submitting a housing contract, and/or selecting a room and meal plan may contact Housing & Dining at 815-753-1525 or housingdining@niu.edu.

*NOTE: A student who initially selects a room elsewhere on campus and then wishes to change to a room in the Honors House may send an email via their official NIU ZID account to housingdining@niu.edu to request this change. To ensure students' privacy is protected, this type of request cannot be made over the phone or from an email account external to NIU.
