Students pursuing certification as undergraduates/post graduates have a minimum of three sets of requirements that they must meet. The first set of requirements is the University's general education coursework requirements. The second set of requirements is the major coursework requirements. The final set of requirements is the teacher certification program requirements (this includes both the professional education coursework and the required social science coursework).
Because undergraduate/post graduate students have many different sets of requirements to meet, they are strongly encouraged to meet with their college advisor, their major department advisor, and their certification advisor each semester.
