Good Night NIU:

Did you know you are supposed to get 6-8 hours of sleep each night? Health Enhancement wants to work with students to determine how they can get a better night’s sleep. We discuss the environmental factors that affect sleep, how to talk to friends and roommates about sleep issues, techniques to try and things to avoid to encourage the body to fall asleep fast and stay asleep. We want NIU students to do the best they can in school, and a good night’s sleep will help them on their way.
