Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments, develop curricula, plan, implement and evaluate training programs; provide expertise on participatory training methods and materials; advise, and guide academic faculty trainers on key concepts and methodologies in ITO-directed training programs; network with academic deans, chairs, department heads, and faculty members; build linkages with international development organizations; develop funding proposals; design learning materials; and write reports. Project Director for the Capacity Building and Advocacy for Women's Participation in Grassroots Democracy in Sri Lanka , funded by The Office of Citizen's Exchanges, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, US Department of State (2002-2004).
