Get WISE engineering camp for high school students will feature robotics, rocketry, assembling your own product through a “lean manufacturing” cycle, and a field trip to see the latest and greatest innovations. Learn through hands-on experiments how engineering is essential to a better future in medicine, education, and “going green.” NIU faculty and high school teachers will lead the engineering activities, and NIU students will serve as 24/7 counselors. Campers will stay in NIU dorms and enjoy campus activities such as bowling and movies with their counselors in the evenings.
