Profit and non-profit exhibitors:
1 full meeting registration included
2 exhibitor registrations included

University Exhibitors Booth Fee does not include meeting registration

Additional full meeting registration badges: $110 each

Additional exhibitor badges: $30 each

Table sizes: 5’ x 2.5’, 6’ x 2.5’, 5’ x 2’, 6’ x 3’

Extra tables: $25 per table (includes skirting and tablecloth)

Maximum number of extra tables per exhibitor: 2
Phone lines: $25 per line (extra charge for long distance calls)

Payment for extra services will be collected by GSA. There is no storage fee for preshipped exhibit materials. There is no limit to how far in advance of the GSA meeting the facility will accept preshipped materials.
