Director of the Department of Geography's Geovisual Mapping Laboratory (GML). Primary lab objectives include research and production of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Desktop Publishing and Geovisualization. GML supports research of GIS and Cartographic mapping projects for the university. Off campus clients include Federal, State, Local government agencies and non-for-profit organizations.
Secondary position is Computer Administrator for departmental computer systems. This includes workstations, computer labs, LAN, servers and accounts.
Other activities include teaching several online GIS courses [Geog 359/557 and Geog 468/568] and supervision for GIS related internships\independent studies, which are part of the Department of Geography’s GIS certificate program.
