GEOG 102: Introduction to Environmental Geography Laboratory

Course Description

Students will develop written, quantitative, technical, and oral skills through laboratory exercises in GEOG 102 that examine a variety of topics including mapping and GIS technologies, water, soils, landform formations, and biogeography.

This course is paired with GEOG 101 Introduction to Environmental Geography lecture. It may be taken concurrently with lecture or any semester thereafter.

Course Format

Mixture of lecture, weekly laboratory exercises, online pre-lab exercises, and exams.
