Interests/Hobbies: Spending time with family, learning, being outside, raising animals, running and playing music

Advice for first- and second-year students: Spend time thinking about who you are and who you want to be. Try things you’d never thought you'd try before. It’s ok not to know your exact path, no matter how or when you decide to come to NIU, so ask questions! NIU is a big university with a small feel. We want you to reach your goals. There are an enormous amount of opportunities here, and if you take advantage, they can help shape your life.
