Creating and Using Blogs
Blogs are powerful web-based communication tools allowing for online journaling and collaboration, making it possible for anyone with basic computing skills to easily share information online. This hands-on workshop provides participants an opportunity to practice posting and commenting to a blog as well as creating their own blog. We will discuss the pedagogical implications and limitations of this online communication tool.
These resources are supplementary to the workshop entitled, "Creating and Using Blogs" offered by the Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center of NIU. Click here to view a listing of current programs.
