Recipient of the 2009 David Raymond Grant Award
The objectives of this project were to incorporate microteaching as well as digital video technology with blogging into a re-designed curriculum for an undergraduate level course on technology integration. Microteaching was designed to provide students with opportunities to practice teaching with their peers and to focus on different aspects of teaching skills, one at a time. The project was innovative and creative in the use of technology, and included a video editing software program, TeacherTube, and blogging as cognitive tools that enabled pre-service teachers to take an active role in their learning. Everyone is invited; no registration is necessary. Light refreshments will be served.
Everyone is welcome!
