During his presentation Dr. Gerald Gabris will address how local governments adapt to complex change in their environments through innovation. In particular, Dr. Gabris will highlight the factors associated with the professional management and legislative behavior in local governments that increase their innovation management capacity. Unless local governments have the capacity to innovate, our quality of life is likely to diminish.
