TA Orientation Cancellation Form

If you registered for the Fall TA Orientation and received a confirmation, and would like to cancel your registration before the program date, complete the form below and submit it at least 2 working days before the program date. Thank you for taking the time to notify the Center.

*Note - These programs are only available for GAs/RAs/SAs/TAs at NIU.

NOTE: It may take up to 5 minutes to process this cancellation. DO NOT click your browser's stop, refresh or back buttons. Please wait a few seconds after clicking "submit". Do not click "submit" more than once.
If you submit a cancellation for a program on the day when it is being held, you may not receive immediate response as our staff may be at the program location and unable to respond or may be contacting those on the waiting list before they can respond to registrations that arrived at the last minute.

The registration response will be sent to your NIU email account. After submitting the registration form, if you do not receive a response within 2 working days, please contact the Center at facdev@niu.edu.
