Faculty/Staff Program Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in attending one of our upcoming faculty development programs. Please complete this online registration form to submit your registration to the Center. Your registration will be completed when you receive a confirmation in your NIU email account. *Note - These programs are only available for faculty (tenured, tenure-track, visiting and adjunct), instructors, SPS, and teaching Civil Service staff at Northern Illinois University.

Please Note - The Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center is closed for the holiday break from December 22, 2012 thru January 1, 2013. During this time, you may register for an upcoming program using the form below, but as this is not an automated system and registrations have to be processed manually, your registration may not be confirmed until January 2, 2013 when Center staff will resume normal business hours.

The registration response will be sent to your NIU email account. After submitting the registration form, if you do not receive a response within 2 working days, please contact the Center at facdev@niu.edu.
