Mei-Mey Segura-Wang, violin

Mei-Mey Segura-Wang (apprentice 2) is studying for her master's degree in violin performance at NIU; her violin instructor is Mathias Tacke. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri Saint Louis with a bachelor's degree in music performance.  She has a peformance music certificate from the Instituto Nacional de Musica of Costa Rica.  She has taught violin lessons in schools and had a private studio in both St. Louis and New Orleans.  She performed with the Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra and soloed with the University of Missouri Saint Louis University Orchestra.
